  2. When the page loads, choose your provider's name from the drop-down menu, or type your provider's code into the box labeled "enter your clinician's room".
    2a. For Matt House, type "drmatthouse" (all one word, no spaces) For Susan Davin, type "SDavinPMHNP" (all one word, no spaces) For Sheng Yang, type "shengyangnp" (all one word, no spaces) For Dr. Tokat, type "DrTokat" (all one word, no spaces)
  3. Type in your full first and last name when prompted on the new page. This "checks you in".
