If you would like to have your appointment over video, please visit houseclinic.doxy.me and select your provider’s name from the drop-down menu on the homepage. Follow the instructions from there to get checked into your provider’s online waiting room. If you do not have the ability to have a video appointment with your provider, call our office and someone in reception can schedule your appointment as a phone appointment
