Telepsychiatry

Dr. Matt House uses Skype to provide teletherapy and telepsychiatry (for medication services). This is a great option when an “in the office” appointment is impractical. People must live in the state of California to use this option. Remote services are not ideal for all clients, but we’re happy to talk with you about what best fits your needs.

Payment for the session is required at the time the appointment is scheduled. Payment is non-refundable. Selected after hours and weekend slots are available for a premium fee. After the session, HPC will mail you a receipt that you may submit to your insurance company. Many insurance companies are beginning to cover this service (i.e. Cigna). It is best to contact your insurance company in advance if you want to use this option.
