Taking the first step

We offer general services for patients of all ages and we strive to offer the services our community needs. Deciding to get help is a courageous first step and we want to make it as easy for you as possible. By following the steps below, you can ensure an easier and steadier “first step."

Set up an appointment:

Please call our office at (559) 226-1316 to schedule an appointment. You can also email us at staff@houseclinic.org to request a call to schedule an appointment. Please provide your phone number, as well as your name and the type of insurance you will be using. This will help us get back to you more quickly.

Complete the forms:

After scheduling your appointment, you can either have the receptionist email you our paperwork, or you can come by the office before the day of your appointment and pick them up in person. If neither of these options work for you, you can also complete your forms on the day of the appointment. If you choose to do this, we strongly recommend arriving least ninety minutes early for your appointment. If your paperwork isn't finished by the time your appointment is supposed to start, we will not be able to see you and your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
